Check in time is at 14.00' and check out is at 12.00'.
In case you reach the hotel earlier we will do our best to give you the room before 14.00, however that depends on the time that the previous guests will leave the room earlier or not but we will know it not before their departure.
In case you would like to leave the room later than 12.00 we will try to offer you later check out but that depends as well on the arrival time of the next guests so we will be able to know that at your departure date.
Obviously, we cannot guarantee for early check in or late check out. In every occasion, we can store your suitcases while you will enjoy a coffee in our restaurant or your walk in the sightseeing of Athens.
In order to confirm a reservation, it is required the deposit of the full amount of the first night or a preauthorization on your credit card for the amount of the first night as well.
In case of an on-time cancellation of your stay there are no cancellation fees, the deposit is refunded or the preauthorization is cancelled.
If you inform the reservations department in less than 4 days you will be charged the full amount of the first night (not calculating any discount).
In case that you do not arrive at the hotel (non show) or you cancel your reservation at your arrival day or ask for a departure prior your check-out day, unfortunately we will charge you the full amount of your stay.
For reservations of 4 rooms or more there is different cancellation policy which will be given from the O&B reservations department (reserve@oandbhotel.com).
Please note that the cancellations by the phone are not acceptable. The cancellations should be made directly to our hotel through e-mail or fax. In case the reservation has been made through intermediate (online reservation or travel agency) the cancellations should be made as well through it, having a written confirmation from the hotel.
If your reservation is PrePaid and/or Non Refundable the full amount of the accommodation cost will be charged by the time of the booking and no cancellation is possible.
The breakfast buffet, full of fresh creations, is included in the O&B's hotel rates.
Please note that you can enjoy the breakfast in our restaurant from 07.00 a.m. until 11.30 a.m.
Every room type has different average size. Substantially, this specific factor is the basic criterion that distinguishes the room types.
In general, being a boutique city hotel, O&B has average size of rooms.
The simplest rooms (Standard Room) are approximately 15 square meters reaching the spacious Suites of 50 square meters (Acropolis Grande Suite).
All room types of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel can be transformed to double Queen size bed or two single beds (twins).
The Thisio Deluxe rooms are the unique exception having only Double Queen size beds.
In the rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people there are special beds that can be transformed depending on the number of people.
In every occasion, please let us know before your arrival whether you prefer the one or the other option.
Τhe hotel may place, free of charge, special baby cots for infants under 3 years old.
Please note that, due to their size, not all of the room types are available for this option.
If you will need a baby cot in your room we suggest that you may reserve a Superior Room, a Grande Superior Room or one of our Acropolis Suites and also please make your request for the baby cot to our reservations team before your arrival.
The rooms of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel that offer panoramic view of Thisio and the Observatory of Athens are the Thisio Deluxe Double Rooms.
On the other hand, our Acropolis Suites offer the best Acropolis and Parthenon view.
Acropolis Executive Suites and Acropolis Grande Suite have unique view to Acropolis as well as the Acropolis Junior Suites from their terrace.
All of our rooms are sound proof. Knowing that the hotel is located downtown Athens, if any slight sound still disturbs you and you have problem in sleeping, we would like you to inform us and we would suggest you choosing one of the following room types: Standard, Thisio Deluxe, Grande Superior, Acropolis Junior Suite, Acropolis Executive Suite or Acropolis Grande Suite.

Monastiraki station is 4 minutes walking distance from the O&B. In Monastiraki station runs the Line 1 that links Piraeus, the center of Athens and Kifissia but also Line 3 (a.k.a. the blue line) that links the Airport with Athens center and Egaleo (the western suburbs).
