Check in time is at 14.00' and check out is at 12.00'.
Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and can be confirmed only on the day of arrival or departure.
In any case we can store your luggage in our secure luggage room and you can use all the hotel public areas, such as the bar or the restaurant.
In order to confirm a reservation, a pre-authorization on your credit card for the amount of the first night is required.
In case of cancellation more than 4 days before the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees, the deposit is refunded or the preauthorization is cancelled.
If you inform the reservations department in less than 4 days you will be charged the full amount of the first night (not calculating any discount).
In case that you do not arrive at the hotel (non show) or you cancel your reservation at your arrival day or ask for a departure prior your check-out day, the full amount of your stay will be charged.
For reservations of 4 rooms or more there is different cancellation policy which will be provided from the O&B Reservations Department (reserve@oandbhotel.com).
Please note that cancellations or amendments by the phone are not acceptable. The cancellations should be made directly to our hotel through e-mail or fax. In case the reservation has been made through an intermediate (online reservations website or travel agency) the cancellations should be made through it, expecting a written confirmation from the hotel.
If your reservation is PrePaid and/or Non Refundable the full amount of the accommodation cost will be charged by the time of the booking and no cancellation or modification is possible.
The breakfast buffet, full of fresh creations, is included in the room rate.
Please note that breakfast is served in our restaurant from 07.00' a.m. until 11.30' a.m.
You can also enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room by ordering room service with the extra cost of just 2.20 € per person.
Arrival day's breakfast is offered to our arriving guests until 11.30' a.m. at the discounted price of 11.00 € per person.
Dinner is not included in the O&B's hotel rates.
However, if you have selected the Breakfast & Dinner option at the time of your reservation, Dinner (or Lunch) is included in your rate.
Dinner is served every day until 23.00' at our O&B Athens All Day Bar Restaurant and if pre-booked it includes a free selection of one starter or one salad, one main course, one dessert and one glass of house wine or one bottle of beer or one soft drink from our restaurant's menu.
Guests who have not pre-booked Dinner during their reservation, may have dinner à la carte.
Every room type has different average size. Substantially, this specific factor is the basic criterion that distinguishes the room types.
In general, being a boutique city hotel, O&B has average size of rooms.
The simplest rooms (Standard Double Room) are approximately 16 square meters while the more spacious Suites are about 50 square meters (Acropolis Grande Suite).
All room types of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel can be transformed to double Queen size bed or two single beds (twins).
The Thisio Double Rooms are the unique exception having only Double Queen size beds.
In the rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people there are special beds that can be transformed depending on the number of people.
In any case, please inform us of the bedding you prefer at the time of your reservation.
Baby cots for infants under 3 years old can be added in the room without any additional charge.
Please note that, due to their size, not all room types are available for this option.
If you will need a baby cot in your room we suggest you reserve a Superior Room, a Grand Superior Room or one of our Acropolis Suites and also please make your request for the baby cot to our reservations team before your arrival.
The rooms of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel that offer view of Thisio and the Observatory of Athens are the Thisio Double Rooms.
On the other hand, our Acropolis Suites offer the best Acropolis and Parthenon view. The Acropolis Grande Suite features a unique view of the Acropolis and Thisio area. The Acropolis Petite Suites and the Acropolis Junior Suites offer Acropolis view from their private terraces.
All of our rooms are sound proof. Knowing that the hotel is located in the center of Athens, if any slight sound still disturbs you and you have problem in sleeping, we would like you to inform us.
We would suggest you choosing one of the following room types: Standard Double, Thisio Double, Grand Superior, Acropolis Petite Suite, Acropolis Junior Suite or Acropolis Grande Suite.
Indeed, the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel is located in 7 Leokoriou street, in one of the most central spots of Athens.
One minute away from Thisio subway station and 4 minutes walk away from Monastiraki is really accessible to everywhere.
The entrance of the Ancient Agora is in Andrianou street, less than 3 minutes walk as well as the Archaeological site of Keramikos. Very close to the hotel are the pedestrian street of Ermou, Plaka, Syntagma Square, the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum.
The O&B Athens Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Athens between Psiri and Thisio where is the majority of the sights as well as the intense rhythms of city.

Thisio subway station (the nearest station) is one minute away from the hotel. Thisio station belongs to Line 1 (green line) that links Piraeus (the port) with the center of Athens and Kifissia (the northern suburbs).
Monastiraki station is 4 minutes walking distance from the O&B. In Monastiraki station runs the Line 1 that links Piraeus, the center of Athens and Kifissia but also Line 3 (the blue line) that links the Airport with Athens center and Egaleo (the western suburbs).
